This is the first book on day trading I have ever read. I am a total beginner. Even though it is not mentioned in the title, it seems clear to me that the author aimed at newcomers like myself. If I'm correct, he was just partly succesful. The book is quite readable until chapter The first 13 chapters were pleasant, instructive and fired me up.
However, Chapter 14 is a nightmare. You could say that one tough chapter should not cause much worry.

And you would be wrong: Chapter 14 is the one you have to summon all your willpower not to read first, it describes the author's trading strategy, the trading patterns he thinks are most profitable.
I have been slogging through Chapter 14 in the last 15 days. I find myself constantly checking websites, in an attempt to understand a concept the author has just explained. Particularly enigmatic is his Opening Reversal walk-through. One could get insane if one would try to apply such strategy without further help beyond this book.
The author is considered a scammer by certain people.
